How to attend

These concerts are being held in Covid-Secure venues and you are required by law to conform to the Covid Regulations and to our Risk Assessment as follows:

No one with symptoms of Covid should attend.

Please bring your own picnic chair and position it on one of the marked spots. This is to save us from having to sanitise church chairs before and after each performance. The exception is that there are 9 places (single or double) available on the pews in the URC gallery and for those we recomment that you bring your own cushion.

All attendees are asked to sanitise their hands on entry and exit.

All attendees are required to maintain social distancing at all times from anyone from a different household unless they are in a support bubble with them. Social distancing requires separation of at least one metre and ideally two metres. This should be maintained while queuing for entry and exit as well as inside the venue.

All attendees are required to wear face coverings all the time that they are indoors except when the are consuming a refreshment, unless they are in an exempted category. Face coverings may be masks or visors but must cover the mouth and nose. The Government advises that face coverings do not provide protection but do help to stop someone with Covid from spreading the virus.

Drinks will be available on entry. The interval will be short and attendees are requested to remain in their seats during the interval unless visiting the toilets.

Registration is required for each concert and must be done before the day of the concert. Registration costs £3 per person per concert and is non refundable if the concert has to be cancelled for any reason, in which case the registration monies will be given to the musicians.

Attendance is free for each registered person but each attendee is requested if possible to make a donation towards the costs in a retiring collection. A donation of at least £15 per person will help us to cover the costs.

Capacity for each concert is limited by the distancing requirements and we will close registration when the limit is reached.

Attendance is entirely at your own risk and neither the trustees of Tilford Bach Society (CIO), nor the owners and operators of the venues can accept any liability that results from your attendance and you accept this by attending.

SOLD OUT!

Face visors

Some people find that  masks are unpleasant to wear as well as being dystopian to look at, and would not attend a concert where they are required. An alternative is to wear a face visor covering eyes, nose and mouth.

All the above sounds quite formidable and perhaps unfriendly, but we can assure you that we intend to make these concerts as welcoming, happy and joyful as possible.
