We keep our ticket prices low compared to other societies and we do this deliberately so that they are affordable for a wide range of people.
Our concerts cost more than we take in ticket sales and so we depend on Friends and Sponsors to make up the difference and enable us to put on some more expensive concerts. We need to raise around £4,000 pa in this way.
Please consider supporting us by becoming a Friend or Sponsor. We offer the following benefits:
- Friend – £15/year single or £25/year for a couple: £1 saving per ticket for TBS concerts (excludes Farnham Sinfonia), your name on our website and priority seating towards the front at major concerts such as the St John Passion
- Gold Sponsor – £200/year single or £300/year for a couple: £1 saving per ticket for TBS concerts (excludes Farnham Sinfonia), your name on our website, a reserved seat on request at all concerts in your preferred location, and invitations to Receptions held normally twice a year with drinks and a mini concert
- Platinum sponsor – £1000/year single or couple: Same benefits as Sponsor plus the opportunity to request a specific programme or performer for a concert where the performer fees do not exceed £1,500 subject to agreement with the trustees.
The schemes run for the calendar year and any payments received after May apply for the autumn and the following year. So a payment now lasts until end 2020.
